Pauzzze is a campaign that encourages people to embrace public rest by normalizing napping anytime and anywhere without shame or embarrassment. Many people resist sleeping in public spaces due to social norms and the pressure to appear productive even when exhausted. Pauzzze promotes rest as an important part of health, productivity, and overall well-being. It creates a sense of permission and comfort around rest in everyday spaces such as parks, libraries, and public seating areas.
